How far in advance should I book? +
Whenever you can — even the day of. We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible, but our next-day install add-on covers you if the baby beat the calendar.
What areas do you serve? +
We're based in Huntington, WV and deliver free of charge within 35 miles — including towns like Barboursville, Milton, Ona, Culloden, Hurricane, Teays Valley, Kenova, Ceredo, Wayne, Ashland (KY), Catlettsburg (KY), Ironton (OH), South Point (OH), Chesapeake (OH) and Proctorville (OH). Not sure if you're in range? Enter your address in the booking form and we'll check it for you automatically.
Is there a delivery fee outside the free zone? +
Yes — the first 35 miles from Huntington, WV are always free. Beyond that: $25 for 36–50 miles, $50 for 51–75 miles, and $75 plus $0.50 per additional mile beyond 75. When you enter your address during booking, we'll check your distance and show any fee before you pay — no surprises.
What happens if it rains or storms? +
Our signs are built for the outdoors and weather just fine. In severe weather, we may temporarily lay the sign down for safety and re-stand it once it passes — no charge to you.
Can I add balloons or bows? +
Yes! A balloon cluster, a mailbox bow, and a door bow are all available as add-ons in the package builder above — dress up the whole entrance, not just the yard.
What's the difference between the two bundle options? +
The Classic bundle simply reads "It's a Boy!" or "It's a Girl!" The Personalized bundle is hand-lettered with baby's name, weight, length and birth date — and since it becomes a true keepsake, you automatically get to keep it (no separate keep-the-bundle charge).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
